Super Affordable OnePlus N6 Lite Tipped to Launch in India Soon

It looks like OnePlus is only getting started with its budget smartphones, as a new leak reveals that the OnePlus N6 Lite could launch in India next.

The information comes from tipster Abhishek Yadav on X, who claims that the OnePlus N6 Lite could launch in India by the end of September 2026. Additionally, the tipster suggests that OnePlus could position it as its most affordable phone in the market.

Going by that, we can expect it to sit below the OnePlus N6x in the lineup, while the OnePlus N6 will remain the top offering. For reference, the N6x starts at Rs 20,999, so we could expect the N6 Lite to be priced around or even under Rs 15,000.

If true, OnePlus could take the fight straight to a rising wave of budget phones in the segment, like the Boltt Ace 5G and Realme C100i. Not to mention that the Mivi One 5G India launch is also scheduled for this month, which is expected to be a budget offering too.

We could also expect it to feature an HD+ LCD display, a 7,000mAh battery and this time, OnePlus may use a 4G chipset instead. If not, the brand could stick to the Dimensity 6300.
