Have you been waiting for the next Nord from OnePlus? Well, the wait's finally over as the OnePlus Nord 6 launch date in India is officially confirmed for April 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM IST. The brand took to its official X handle to reveal the big news. At the same time, a dedicated Amazon microsite went up, revealing the key specifications of the phone.

The OnePlus Nord 6 will feature a 165 Hz OLED display with 1,800 nits of "brilliance in sunlight" and 2 nits "for midnight scrolling".
Under the hood, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The brand is also promising 165 FPS gaming for a cool hour, promoting the Nord 6 as quite the performance beast.
Additionally, the Nord 6 will also flaunt a new G2 Wi-Fi booster chip and 5G advanced support, with a promise of "3x internet speed" and "up to 1.6x lower ping for gaming through walls and floors."
The biggest highlight is the 9,000mAh battery powering the OnePlus Nord 6. With this monstrous capacity, OnePlus is promising over 2.5 days of backup and up to 26.9 hours of YouTube binging.
For now, this is all that's known about the OnePlus Nord 6. As for the pricing, it seems the brand could price it between Rs 35,000 and Rs 40,000. However, with the Nord 6 India launch about two weeks away, expect the brand to reveal more details in the coming days.
