Oppo is wrapping up the year with a new tablet release, as it has now officially confirmed the Oppo Find Air 5's China release date. The tablet's pre-order page is now live on the brand's official store, revealing all of its core specifications and features.
Oppo Pad Air 5 launch date has been scheduled for December 25
The listing of the Oppo Pad Air 5 on Oppo Shop reveals the tablet will launch on December 25, 2025, in China. The page also reveals a few key specifications, like a high-resolution 2.8K display and a massive 10,500mAh battery. The tablet will ship with ColorOS 16 features and will be available in three colour options – Space Grey, Starlight Powder and Starlight Pink.

The page also reveals that the tablet will be offered in two variants – Wi-Fi-only and 5G. The Wi-Fi variant will be offered in two configurations of up to 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. The 5G version is weirdly only offered in 8 GB + 128 GB storage on the pre-order page, which could change when the tablet officially goes on sale.

The specifications of the Oppo Pad Air 5 are quite similar to those of the OnePlus Pad Go 2 launched recently. Therefore, buyers can expect a 12.1-inch 120 Hz LCD panel powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 and 33W charging. It feels inevitable because the Pad Air 2 was just a rebranded OnePlus Pad Go.
Optics-wise, the Pad Air 5 could boast 8 MP front and rear snappers. The high-resolution screen could be complemented by a quad-speaker setup. More details about the tablet should be unveiled as we inch closer to the official launch on December 25, 2025, so stay tuned.
