Oppo has officially launched the Reno 16 in India alongside the Reno 16c, introducing a compact premium smartphone for under Rs 65,000. The Oppo Reno 16 combines a stunning AMOLEDD display, a capable Snapdragon chipset, a large battery and Oppo's new AI Snap Key in a sleek package.
Oppo Reno 16 Specifications and Features
As with every Reno smartphone, Oppo has placed a strong emphasis on design. The Oppo Reno 16 features a new 3D Pop Planet Design in a Starry White colourway. According to Oppo, the effect is created using a dual-layer optical structure paired with a micro-lens array, which produces a holographic floating planet effect beneath the glass back.
The look is further complemented by a brushed aluminium frame for a more premium finish. The phone also comes in Twilight Violet and Stellar Purple colour options.
Moreover, the Oppo Reno 16 and the Oppo Reno 16C are the first Reno series phones to bring the AI Snap Key, which we have previously seen on the more flagship Find X9 series.

The Oppo Reno 16 price in India starts from Rs 61,999 for the 8 GB + 256 GB model. It also comes in a 12 GB + 256 GB option and that one costs Rs 67,999. Both configurations will go on sale from July 9, 2026 and will be sold via the official Oppo India website, Flipkart, Amazon and partner retail stores.
