Poco is seemingly gearing up to launch its budget M7 Plus 5G in India soon. Ahead of launch, the brand has now confirmed the phone's battery capacity and price range in the country.
The dedicated Flipkart microsite of what seems like the Poco M7 Plus 5G has now been updated to reveal the details. Turns out, the phone will follow the latest trend in tech and pack a massive 7,000mAh battery. This will make it possibly the longest-lasting phone in the segment.

Additionally, the microsite also reveals that the device will be launching for under Rs 15,000 in the country. Rumours also hint at the device being a repackaged Redmi 15 5G, which is set to launch in India on August 19, 2025.
If that is indeed the case, thanks to the Redmi 15's recent launch in Poland, we already know what to expect from the Poco M7 Plus 5G in terms of key specifications:
- 6.9-inch Full HD+ 144 Hz LCD display
- Snapdragon 6s Gen 3
- Up to 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage
- 50 MP main rear sensor, 8 MP selfie shooter
- 7,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging
From the looks of it, the Poco M7 Plus 5G could very well be one of the best phones under Rs 15,000 in India upon launch, competing against the likes of Vivo T4x 5G, Tecno Pova 7, Realme P3x and more. We look forward to hearing more details about the phone from the brand in the coming days, so stay tuned.
