Poco is gearing up to launch the Poco X8 Pro series in India and globally. The brand has started teasing the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max 5G, but has not shared any major details yet. However, thanks to a new leak, we now know everything the Poco X8 Pro Max 5G will ship with.
Poco X8 Pro Max 5G Leaked Specifications
An exclusive report shared by tech publication Passionategeekz has outed all the major details that the upcoming Poco X8 Pro Max 5G will offer. Judging from the leaked materials, they outline all the specs of the Russian unit of the phone.
It confirms the presence of the newly launched Dimensity 9500s chipset, which the recent Poco X8 Pro Max Geekbench listing revealed a few days back. The phone is also revealed to feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K 120 Hz 12-bit AMOLED display with 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut and 3,500 nits peak brightness.
For cameras, it is apparently going to sport a dual rear camera setup with a 50 MP main sensor and an 8 MP ultra-wide angle lens. The selfie camera is reportedly a 20 MP shooter. In terms of battery, the Poco X8 Pro Max 5G is going big with an 8,500mAh cell, which can support 100W fast USB-C charging.
Aside from that, the phone is also likely getting stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio support, vapour chamber cooling, IP68 dust and water resistance rating and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. It is also revealed to be 8.38mm thick and weigh roughly 201 grams.
That said, while the leaked images seem to be the final promotional materials for Poco X8 Pro Max 5G, it is best taken with a grain of salt. With a March 17, 2026 expected global launch date of Poco F8 Pro series, we expect both phones to launch in India soon.
