After launching the Realme 16, Realme 16 Pro, Realme 16 Pro+ and Realme 16T, the brand now appears to be preparing to add the Realme 16x to this lineup. The upcoming Realme 16x 5G has leaked online, with promotional images revealing two distinct designs alongside several key specifications.
According to the @passionategkeez account on X, the Realme 16x 5G will launch in India soon. The smartphone is said to arrive in Endurance Brown and Glory White colour options, and the tipster has also shared alleged promotional images of both the Indian and global variants.
The leaked images suggest that the Indian variant borrows its design from the Realme Narzo 100x 5G, while the global model closely resembles the Realme C83 5G. This indicates that Realme could be tailoring the phone's design based on the market.

However, the differences reportedly extend beyond aesthetics. The Indian Realme 16x 5G will supposedly sport a 7,000mAh battery, while the global variant is said to ship with a slightly smaller 6,600mAh capacity. However, both variants are also said to support 45W fast charging.
Apart from this, the upcoming phone is said to be powered by a Dimensity 6300 chipset, feature a 144 Hz display. In terms of cameras, it could sport a 50 MP main lens and a 5 MP front shooter.
Moreover, the leaker claims that the Realme 16x 5G will be a rebadged Realme C100 5G, which launched in markets like Thailand back in April 2026.
As for the rest of the details, a previous Realme 16x 5G variants leak mentioned three RAM and storage models for the smartphone - 4 GB + 128 GB, 6 GB + 128 GB and 6 GB + 256 GB.
Expect the phone to be positioned below the Realme 16T and be priced under Rs 29,000. That said, the brand has not started teasing the Realme 16x 5G India launch yet. So, expect that to happen anytime soon.
