The upcoming Realme GT 8 has made its first appearance on a benchmarking platform, revealing a few key specifications. The standard GT 8 was rumoured to sit below the Realme GT 8 Pro in a few areas, and the latest spotting suggests performance is one of them.
Realme GT 8 Geekbench scores reveal great performance
A device from Realme with model number RMX6699, believed to be the Realme GT 8, was spotted on Geekbench by tipster Abhishek Yadav. The device scored 2,824 points in single-core and 8,840 points in multi-core. The core configuration suggests it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Additionally, the tipster dug deeper to uncover the Adreno 830 GPU, which again is associated with the 8 Elite.

For those unaware, Snapdragon 8 Elite is an octa-core chipset based on TSMC's 3nm node. It consists of second-generation Oryon cores with two performance cores clocked at 4.32GHz and six efficiency cores clocked at 3.53GHz.
Further details from the benchmark show that the tested variant of the Realme GT 8 comes equipped with 16 GB RAM and runs on Android 16.
The standard Realme GT 8 is rumoured to feature a smaller 6.6-inch 2K 144Hz OLED display with 4,000 nits of peak brightness.

The GT 8 Pro, on the other hand, could arrive with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and a 200 MP periscope camera with 3x zoom. Both devices are expected to get 7,000mAh or above batteries with a rumoured 100W or 120W charging speed.
Both the Realme GT 8 and Realme GT 8 Pro are expected to feature better haptics, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and vastly improved stereo speakers.
The Realme GT 8 launch is scheduled for October 2025 in China. Stay tuned as we will cover more about its launch date and specifications as soon as they surface.
