Following the launch of the Realme GT 8 series in China, the brand is now preparing to debut the next-gen Neo lineup. The upcoming Realme Neo 8 lineup has been making its way through the rumour mill for the past few days. Now, Realme's Vice President and Global Marketing has officially teased the smartphone, thereby confirming its existence.

Xu Qi Chase, the Vice President of Realme, has made a new Weibo post teasing the upcoming Neo 8 series for China. He says that the new Neo lineup will skip incremental upgrades for real and meaningful changes across the board.

In the same post, he has also shared an image of what looks like the retail box of the Realme Neo 8, specifically the Infinite Edition of the smartphone. Aside from that, Chase has not mentioned anything else about the new phone(s).

However, tipster Digital Chat Station made a post claiming that the Realme Neo 8 will pack a 6.78-inch 165 Hz Samsung flagship flat display. The panel is also touted to bring the latest light-emitting tech to the table as well as a new industry-first display technology.

As for the other details, it could be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip and feature an 8,000mAh battery. Additionally, the smartphone is said to support 80W fast USB-C charging, come with Realme UI 7 update out of the box and bring an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner to the table.
That said, early leaks point to a January 2026 launch window for the Realme Neo 8 series. Since the brand has started teasing the phone, expect more information to surface soon.
