The Realme P4s 5G has launched in India with a dual-chipset performance setup, a 144 Hz AMOLED display and a massive battery capacity. The phone promises to deliver a solid gaming performance and battery endurance, backed by Realme's claim of the segment's highest 144 FPS gaming support.
Realme P4s 5G Specifications and Features
At the front, the Realme P4s 5G houses a 6.78-inch 1.5K flat AMOLED display built using Samsung's M14 OLED panel technology. This panel supports up to a 144 Hz refresh rate, a 3,000 Hz instantaneous touch-sampling rate and up to 6,500 nits of local peak brightness. The display also supports HDR10+ and carries TÜV Rheinland certification.

Under the hood, the phone runs on the Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset, which is built on a 4nm process. Realme claims it brings up to 15% better AI performance over its predecessor, along with a notable jump on the camera side, up to 94% faster AI camera processing and 63% better AI camera energy efficiency.
The chipset is paired with a dedicated Hyper Vision+ chipset. This dual-chipset setup enables features like AI Always-On HDR, AI Hyper Clarity and AI HyperMotion. AI HyperMotion combines 144 FPS AI frame interpolation with 90 FPS frame stabilisation, essentially generating and smoothing extra frames on the fly to make fast-moving on-screen action look cleaner and more fluid.

AI Hyper Clarity works on the visual side, sharpening textures and fine details up to the display's full 1.5K resolution. Meanwhile, AI Always-On HDR continuously adjusts brightness and contrast in real time to keep visuals looking punchy across the 144 Hz panel.
For BGMI players specifically, Realme claims support for 1080p gaming at up to 144 FPS, backed by a large 7,000mm² AirFlow VC cooling system to manage heat during extended sessions. Memory options go up to 12 GB of physical RAM, expandable with up to 14 GB of Dynamic RAM for a total of 26 GB, alongside up to 256 GB of storage.

Battery life is a clear focus area here too. The phone packs an 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging, which Realme claims can deliver up to three days of regular usage or up to eight hours of BGMI gameplay at 120 FPS on a single charge. The brand also says the battery is designed to retain its health for up to six years and the phone supports both bypass and reverse charging.
Talking about cameras, the Realme P4s 5G features a 50 MP AI primary camera paired with an 8 GB AI wide-angle lens. There's also support for 4K video recording and the camera setup is backed by features like AI Edit Genie 2.0 and imaging features like AI StyleMe, AI Framing Master and AI LightMe. At the front, there's a 16 MP selfie shooter to make use of.

Software-wise, the phone ships with Realme UI 7.0, backed by three years of Android OS updates, four years of security patches and a 72-month fluency guarantee.
On the durability front, it carries IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H military-grade shock resistance certification.
