Nubia's gaming sub-category, RedMagic, is all set to launch a new performance-oriented tablet in China. The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro has been confirmed to launch next week with an interesting transparent design.
RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro China Launch Confirmed for June 30
The official RedMagic Weibo account has confirmed that the all-new RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro will launch in China on June 30, 2026, at 15:00 CST (or 12:30 PM IST). It is going to be a compact tablet like the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro and is confirmed to feature as many as 10 cutting-edge technologies.

The brand has also revealed the tablet's design, confirming a see-through liquid cooling design at the back panel. We see a bright blue liquid cooling pathway along with other design elements like golden-accented texts and an RGB lighting system. It is similar to what we have seen with the RedMagic 11s Pro series smartphones and is a clear step up over the previous generation.
We also see a single rear camera with dual LED flash. Apart from this, the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro is confirmed to arrive in matte silver and black colourways.

Moreover, the tablet will feature thin uniform bezels at the front, a power button + fingerprint sensor at the top, the volume button on the side and the Red textured button at the bottom for a dedicated game mode.
As for its specs, while RedMagic hasn't revealed those yet, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset branding is clearly visible at the back, confirming the processor of the tablet. It falls in line with a previous RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro specs leak that also hinted at a 9-inch 2.4K OLED display with an 185 Hz refresh rate.

The tablet is also said to pack a large 8,300mAh battery and offer multiple RAM and storage options all the way up to 16 GB + 1 TB. Rest, it could bring a faster generation USB port, a quad speaker setup and a higher touch sampling rate for gaming.
All in all, the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro is undoubtedly meant for gamers and, sadly, will remain exclusive to China. As for its pricing, we will know when it launches next week. So, stay tuned.
