Nubia's gaming sub-brand RedMagic is all set to launch a new performance-oriented tablet in China. The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro has been teased to launch soon and is expected to bring flagship-grade specs to a rather compact form.
RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro China Launch Teased
The official Redmagic Weibo account shared a new teaser image confirming the launch of the brand-new RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro in China in June 2026. It is claimed to bring 10 cutting-edge technologies, which the brand has not further elaborated.

However, the teaser image gives us a glimpse at the design of the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro, which appears to be compact in size like its predecessor, the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro. It has an interesting pattern on the back, which, along with the RedMagic logo, appears to glow in a neon blue colourway.
This could hint at the presence of liquid cooling inside the tablet, just like we have seen with the newly launched RedMagic 11s Pro series. As for the other details, while they remain officially under wraps, a recent RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro specs leak report hinted at a bunch of its key details.
The upcoming tablet is tipped to bring a 9-inch 2.4K OLED display, with 2400 x 1504 resolution and 185 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the tablet is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and feature a big 8,300mAh battery with 90W fast USB-C charging. It is expected to launch in Transparent Silver, Transparent Dark Night and Transparent Gold colourways.
With the tablet launching next month, there is still plenty of time left for RedMagic to reveal more details. So, stay tuned.
