Redmi is set to show off its flagship Redmi K100 series at ChinaJoy 2026 tomorrow on July 31, 2026. Rather than waiting for the stage reveal, both the company and leakers have already given away most of the design.
The official Redmi Weibo account teaser confirms a "major new product" is coming, which is widely believed to be the K100 lineup. The series is expected to include the Redmi K100, K100 Pro and K100 Pro Max phones.
In the teaser, we see a glowing red silhouette rather than a straight product shot of what could be any of these phones, which still gives away a fair amount.
The back of the teased phone sports a wide, raised rectangular camera island spanning most of the phone's width. This is a layout that the brand first introduced on last year's Redmi K90 Pro Max after moving away from the circular camera housing used on the K80 series.
Within that island, three lens rings sit clustered toward the top left in a triangular arrangement, pointing to a triple rear camera setup. Meanwhile, a separate round grille sits beside them, likely housing the Bose co-tuned speaker that Redmi has used on the Redmi K90 Ultra as well, which launched last month.
The side profile shows the camera island stepping up visibly from the back panel, while the frame itself is flat-edged with a slight curve toward the corners. This design element traces back to the Xiaomi 17 series.
Up front, the render shows a centered punch-hole selfie camera with slim, even bezels.
Redmi K100 Pro Max Promotional Poster Leaked
A separate leak from tipster @TechHome100 on X shows a promotional image of the Redmi K100 Pro Max, which largely confirms the same design direction.
The image shows the phone in a deep cherry-red finish, with a rear camera module housing three camera sensors, an LED flash and a "Sound by Bose" speaker grille, further backing the design teaser. It looks a lot like the rumoured iPhone 18 Pro Cherry Red colourway, if you ask me.
At the front, the promo material points to a flat display with an 185 Hz refresh rate, which would put it among the fastest refresh rates on any smartphone currently available.
A day before this, a phone, believed to be the Redmi K100 appeared on Geekbench with the model number M511CD. This listing revealed that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with 16 GB of RAM.
Apart from this, a Redmi K100 specs leak suggested that the phone will pack a battery capacity north of 8,000mAh. The phone is also expected to feature a 200 MP main camera, 50W wireless charging and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
With Redmi's ChinaJoy 2026 session scheduled for July 31, 2026, most of this speculation should be settled within the next day. So, stay tuned for all the updates.
