After weeks of leaks surrounding the Galaxy S25 FE and Galaxy Tab S11 series, Samsung has officially announced a Galaxy event, scheduled for next month.

Samsung announced via an official blog post that it will hold a Galaxy Event on September 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM IST, where it will launch "premium AI tablets" and add a new device to the Galaxy S25 series. The event will be livestreamed on Samsung's official website and YouTube channel.

The premium AI tablets are most likely the Galaxy Tab S11 series, while the new smartphone in the S25 series could be the Galaxy S25 FE. Both devices have leaked considerably, and almost all of their specifications are out there.

For those unaware, the Galaxy S25 FE is expected to feature a slimmer profile with a 6.7-inch 120 Hz AMOLED 2X display. The brains of the device could be an Exynos 2400 SoC alongside 8 GB RAM and 128 GB base storage. Powering it could be a 4,900mAh battery with 45W charging and 15W wireless charging.

The Galaxy Tab S11 series could consist of the standard Tab S11 and the flagship Tab S11 Ultra. Both devices are expected to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC and could arrive with a slimmer profile. Besides, the Ultra is expected to pack a bigger 11,600mAh battery with the same 45W charging.

Recent rumours suggest that Samsung is gearing up to launch Galaxy TriFold and Project Moohan on September 29, 2025. Therefore, while it's unlikely that the devices will be launched at this event, we should receive a confirmation about their release date during the event.

With AI at the centre of Samsung's ecosystem push, we should likely see more announcements in the event. Stay tuned as we will be delving deeper into everything Samsung announces at the event.
