Samsung, in a week's time will unveil the next generation of 'Galaxy Z' series foldables. Ahead of that, we almost know everything about the Galaxy Z Fold 7, along with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and the debutant, Galaxy Z Flip FE. Now, a fresh new reveal has given us a full-fledged look into the RAM and storage options of the brand's upcoming foldable smartphones.
Leaker Roland Quandt took to Bluesky to share what appears to be an official terms and conditions document from Samsung. From the language, looks like this was uploaded to the Samsung Turkey website.
The interesting part about this document is the fact that it has listed the RAM and storage options for the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE.
Starting with the Galaxy Z Fold 7, this year, apart from the 12 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 512 GB variants, there might be a new 16 GB + 1 TB variant. To recall, last year's Galaxy Z Fold 6 came with 12 GB of RAM alongside 1 TB storage in the top-end. However, looks like it might be changing this time around.

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 on the other hand does not seem to offer any new RAM and storage variant compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 6. It will reportedly come in two variants – 12 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 512 GB.
Lastly, the toned-down Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE will debut this year with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. It will also offer two variant combinations to choose from – 8 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB.
Apart from this, the Galaxy Z Fold 7's FCC listing previously revealed the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This chipset is expected to power the Galaxy Z Flip 7 too. Besides, recently, we also got to know that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 might reuse the IP48 rating of its predecessor. Thanks to leaks and reports, here are a couple of other key specs of the top-of-the-line Galaxy Z Fold 7:
- 8.2-inch 120 Hz AMOLED inner display, 6.5-inch 120 Hz AMOLED outer display
- 200 MP primary rear camera, 12 MP ultrawide, 10 MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom
- 10 MP selfie shooter on the outside, 4 MP sensor on the inside
- 4,400mAh battery, 25W fast charging
- 8.9mm folded thickness, 4.2mm unfolded thickness
We also got a clear look at the upcoming foldables’ design through leaked renders of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 series.
With that said, nothing is official as of yet. However, since the source of the leak is Samsung itself so, these are more than likely the final variants of Samsung's upcoming foldables. Fortunately, all will be revealed at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for July 9, 2025, at 7:30 PM IST. So, buckle up and stay tuned.
