Samsung's ambitious Galaxy Z TriFold is making a brief return but only for a limited time. After reports of Galaxy Z TriFold discontinuation surfaced last month, the ultra-premium foldable is now set to go on sale once again tomorrow, on April 10, 2026, as the brand clears its remaining stock.
Last Chance to Grab The Galaxy Z TriFold
According to an email sent to Android Police, Samsung will be holding one last sale of its most expensive Galaxy Z TriFold foldable smartphone. Launched in January 2026 at a whopping markup of $2,900 (approximately Rs 2,68,000), we heard news of the Galaxy Z TriFold discontinuation just last month. However, now it's returning for one last show.

There wasn't anything inherently wrong with the phone itself, rather its cost of production, which was incredibly high. It made loading up the inventory simply unsustainable for Samsung, leading to its unexpected demise.
Following the news about its discontinuation, Samsung indicated it would stop selling the phone entirely once it cleared the remaining inventory and that day seems to be tomorrow. Therefore, buyers looking to secure one for themselves will have to act fast.

The Galaxy Z TriFold will be available to purchase via both the official Samsung US store and seven experience stores, including the Los Cerritos Centre in California and the Mall of America in Minnesota, among others. Considering the limited nature of this final batch, we expect the online and offline inventory to run out very quickly.
Samsung currently has a timer running on its official website till the time of sale. For those unaware, the Galaxy Z TriFold specifications include the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.1 storage. It unfolds into a massive 10-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display at the front, which is fueled by a 5,600mAh battery with 45W charging support.
Samsung had initially produced very few units of the Z TriFold, anticipating that the demand would not be as cutthroat. And it looks like the brand's analysis was bang on. The Galaxy Z TriFold is well on its way to becoming a piece of history, a bit too soon.
