It's just been six months since the Vivo S50 series went official in China and now, the brand has already started teasing the next-generation S-series smartphones. Vivo has officially teased the Vivo S60 design, which is inspired by summer-themed elements and oceanic visuals this time around.
Vivo S60 Design Reveals Summer Vibes
Vivo's Han Boxiao has shared the first official details of the Vivo S60 series via Weibo, ahead of its China launch. The lineup, said to include the standard Vivo S60 and the Vivo S60 Pro Mini, are undergoing a major design refresh and this time around, the inspiration is 'Summer'.

As it is evident from the above image, the theme this time around is ocean blue and Boxiao reveals that the phones will feature a silver and white cold-carved glass back. It will feature sparkling reflections that will shimmer like waves under different lighting conditions.
He further mentions that the unibody design of the smartphone will give it a smooth and premium in-hand feel. The design is said to evoke a "seaside atmosphere" and inspiration from natural elements like sunlight, sand, stars and the sea.
Vivo S60 Specifications (Leaked)
Aside from the design, Boxiao has not revealed anymore detail regarding the lineup. However, a previous leak from tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) suggests that the standard Vivo S60 will feature a horizontal matrix rear camera design which is similar to the iPhone 17 Pro.

It is also said to bring a 7,000mAh range battery, 90W fast charging support and a Sony IMX8 series camera setup. Rest, it could bring IP68 + IP69 ratings and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
