Vivo appears to be gearing up for multiple smartphone launches in India, as the V2538 and V2545 models have been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website. Now, these are said to be the Vivo V70 and Vivo T5x, respectively.
Vivo V70 and T5x India launch imminent
Tipster Debayan Roy spotted the BIS listing of both phones and shared the details on X. The listings, registered under Vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd., suggest that the brand is preparing to introduce the new phones in the coming weeks.

Now, the model number V2538 is believed to be the Vivo V70, while the V2545 is said to be the Vivo T5x. As per the certification website, the V2545 received approval on December 8, 2025, while V2538 was added a day later on December 9, 2025. Although BIS filings do not reveal specifications, they usually serve as a final regulatory step before a phone's launch in India.
Thanks to a previous Vivo V70 Geekbench sighting, we already know that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. It is also believed to be running on Android 16 out of the box and features a 1.5K 120 Hz flat OLED display.

In addition, the Vivo V70 battery details were also spilled, thanks to its Bluetooth SIG certification appearance. Going by that, we can expect the phone to flaunt a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging. In terms of optics, the V70 could sport triple rear cameras with a 50 MP telephoto shooter. The smartphone may also come with an IP69 rating.
However, nothing can be said about the Vivo T5x specs at this moment. While Vivo has yet to officially confirm the launch timelines, the BIS certifications indicate that both phones are now India-ready. Expect to see Vivo start teasing the phones anytime soon.
