A few days back, Vivo Product Manager, Han Boxiao, confirmed Vivo X300s China launch for later this month. It will succeed the Vivo X200s and has been confirmed to feature several new upgrades including a better display, speakers and vibration motor. Now, he has further revealed the battery capacity of the phone and it is worth talking about.
Vivo X300s to Feature Above 7,000mAh Battery
Han Boxiao's latest Weibo post has revealed a whopping 7,100mAh battery capacity for the upcoming Vivo X300s. This will effectively make this the highest-rated battery capacity ever inside an X-branded smartphone, with the Vivo X300 Pro being the closest at 6,510mAh.

He has further revealed that compared to the Vivo X200s, the upcoming phone will also feature a larger vapour cooling system for efficient and maximised heat dissipation. Vivo is calling this the Ice Pulse Fluid VC.
Moreover, the phone will also bring an upgraded ultrasonic 2.0 fingerprint scanner, a USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port for faster data transfers, Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0 for efficient bypass charging support and Micro Power Genie 2.0 for intelligent background activity control and task restoration.

Aside from that, in his last post, Boxiao already confirmed a 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ AMOLED display for the X300s, with a 144 Hz refresh rate and Zeiss Color calibration. The phone will also come with the same "1511 War Drum Master” symmetrical dual speakers Pro stereo speaker system found inside the iQOO 15. It will be topped off with a new custom-built 751440 ultra-sensory vibration motor for 4D haptics during FPS gaming.
Vivo X300s Leaked Specifications
Aside from the above-mentioned details, no other details have been made official at the moment. Based on current leaks, the Vivo is expected to bring Zeiss-branded triple cameras, fitted with a 200 MP main sensor, a 50 MP periscope and a 50 MP ultra-wide camera. It is also said to be powered by the Dimensity 9500 processor and feature 90W fast USB-C charging, 40W wireless charging and IP68 + IP69 ratings.
That said, with Han Boxiao slowly peeling away the phone's details, we can expect it to launch in China as early as March 2026. It is unclear at the moment if the smartphone will arrive in India. However, if it does, it will be interesting to see how well-priced it is going to be.
