The Vivo X300 Ultra has launched as the brand's top-tier ultra-premium flagship and alongside, the Vivo X300s has debuted as a slightly toned-down version. With a massive 7,100mAh battery, cutting-edge imaging hardware and premium design, the Vivo X300s clearly wants to be an "all-round flagship" this year.
Vivo X300s Specifications and Features
The Vivo X300s features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 144 Hz 8T LTPO AMOLED Zeiss Master colour display with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. In addition, this panel offers 2,000 nits of HBM and 2,160 Hz of PWM Dimming frequency.
Meanwhile, audio is handled by Battle Pulse Master symmetrical dual speakers Pro. Additionally, haptics get a boost from a custom ultra-sensing vibration motor. The phone also boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings, making it durable for everyday use.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with the Monster Super-Core Engine for gaming and multitasking. The phone also offers up to 16 GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Cooling is managed by Ice Vein Fluid VC technology and connectivity is enhanced with four-signal Wi-Fi, USB 3.2 Gen 1 and support for the N79 frequency band.
On the imaging front, Vivo has leaned heavily into its Zeiss partnership, with a Zeiss APO ultra telephoto lens and a 200 MP Zeiss main camera, a 50 MP periscope telephoto and a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. At the front, the phone features another 50 MP shooter for selfies.
Buyers can also purchase the detachable Zeiss G2 telephoto lens (Lipstick Z00) separately for professional-grade zoom capabilities. AI-powered features like Flash Portrait, Panorama Beauty Lighting and the AI Inspiration Camera further give users more tools to take full advantage of the cameras.
The Vivo X300s packs a big 7,100mAh Blue Ocean battery, complemented by 90W fast charging, 40W wireless flash charging and Direct Power Supply 2.0.
