It's been a while since Xiaomi unveiled its Xiaomi 17 series in China and it's been well overdue for a global launch. Fortunately, recent rumours have pointed towards the smartphones launching soon, and the most recent leak gives a more concrete idea. The Xiaomi 17 series global launch date and pricing have just leaked.
Xiaomi 17 Series could launch by February-end
According to a French magazine Dealabs, the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra could make their global debut on February 28, 2026. Besides, the phones are expected to stick to the pricing of their predecessors, despite the ongoing RAM crisis.

The standard Xiaomi 17 is said to start at 999 euros (approximately Rs 1,07,000) for the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant. Meanwhile, the 12 GB RAM and 512 GB model could cost 1,099 euros (approximately Rs 1,18,000). The smartphone could arrive in four colourways – Black, Venture Green, Ice Blue and Alpine Pink.
The premium Xiaomi 17 Ultra is expected to start at 1,499 euros (approximately Rs 1,61,000) for the base 16 GB + 512 GB variant, while the top-tier 16 GB + 1 TB variant will be priced at 1,699 euros (approximately Rs 1,82,000). Colour options are said to include Black, White and Starlit Green.

Not too long ago, a Xiaomi 17 global variant leak suggested a battery and memory downgrade. However, the rest of the specifications are expected to remain the same. For starters, the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, feature triple 50 MP rear cameras and pack a 6,330mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Details about potential changes to the Xiaomi 17 Ultra are scarce, but more should be revealed as we inch closer to launch, so stay tuned!
