Xiaomi is expected to launch the flagship Xiaomi 17 Ultra in 2026. While the brand is yet to confirm the device's existence, the rumour mill has been buzzing with all sorts of speculations. The latest one has revealed the alleged wired charging speed of the smartphone.
Xiaomi's upcoming Ultra will bring blazing-fast charging speed
According to tipster Anvin on X, Xiaomi is looking to equip the upcoming 17 Ultra with 100W fast USB-C charging support. The device has allegedly appeared on the 3C certification website in China, revealing the upgraded wired charging speed.

This brings a 10W increase from the 90W wired charging speed of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. Moreover, just like the current model, it looks like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will also launch in a standard and satellite connectivity edition.
For those unaware, since the Xiaomi 13 Ultra back in 2023, the brand has been launching two variants of its Ultra smartphone. While 99% of the specifications remain identical across both models, the inclusion of satellite connection makes one of the models stand out.
So, with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, we expect it to offer the latest edition of Tiantong Satellite Communication paired with Beidou support. As per the 3C certification, the special edition will bear the 25128PNA1C model number.

Aside from that, the current report has not mentioned any of the other details of the upcoming phone. However, based on a previous leak that detailed the Xiaomi 17 Ultra cameras, we know that the smartphone will stick to the familiar large circular camera deco and will not incorporate the display of the Xiaomi 17 Pro.
Moreover, the 17 Ultra could feature a new large sensor 50 MP main camera, a 200 MP periscope lens upgrade and a 50 MP ultrawide and telephoto module. Other than that, expect to see a WQHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, a 7,000+mAh battery, Hyper0S 3 based on Android 16 and more.
