The Google Pixel 10 series smartphones are scheduled to break cover in just a month's time. While most details of the devices were out thanks to leaks and rumours, nothing was confirmed. Now, Google has officially shown off the Pixel 10 Pro in one of its fresh new colours.
The official Google Store website has been updated to prepare for the launch of the Pixel 10 lineup. The home screen has been updated with the launch date of the upcoming smartphones along with a short teaser video.
In the thirteen-second clip, Google has shown a "10" morphing into the camera bar of the Pixel 10 Pro. The last few seconds of the video completely reveal the back design of the smartphone, in what appears to be the upcoming Moonstone colourway.
At first glance, this new colour option looks very similar to the now-retired Hazel option that we saw with the Pixel 9 Pro.

While Google already makes it known that this is the Pixel 10 Pro, the temperature sensor below the flash module makes it obvious anyway. And if we go by the Pixel 10 leaked renders, the base Pixel 10 lacks the temperature sensor.
Also, just like the Pixel 9 Pro and the Pixel 9 Pro XL, the teased smartphone also appears to have a matte glass back with a polished aluminium mid-frame. It flaunts the same familiar compact, pill-shaped camera module at the back, just like its predecessor.
So, the only way to distinguish between the Pixel 10 Pro and the Pixel 9 Pro will be via the Jade, Moonstone, Obsidian and Porcelain colour options that are set to make its way to the Pixel 10 Pro lineup.
With that said, apart from the teaser video, Google has not shed any light regarding the core specifications of the Pixel 10 Pro. However, a previous Pixel 10 Pro specification leak has given us a substantial look into what the device will offer this time.
For starters, the device might pack a 5,200mAh battery, with improved charging speeds. It will most likely feature Google's next-gen in-house SoC, the Tensor G5 processor, built on TSMC's 3 nm foundry.

On the optics front, it will still have a triple rear camera setup that will very likely house a 50 MP primary lens, another 48 MP ultrawide lens and a 48 MP periscope telephoto with 5x optical zoom. The same 42 MP selfie shooter will also probably make its way to the Pixel 10 Pro.
Apart from all this, the Pixel 10 Pro is also said to feature Qi2 wireless charging support, with better-tuned speakers and an improved fingerprint sensor for faster unlocks.
