Honor already confirmed a few days ago that it will make the 500 series official in China soon. While the brand was actively teasing the Honor 500 and the 500 Pro, the launch date was still under wraps. Now, that has changed today with an official announcement date confirmation.
Honor 500 series China launch date is set for November 24
Honor's official Weibo account has confirmed that the much-awaited Honor 500 and Honor 500 Pro will launch in China on November 24, 2025. Both phones will debut at a dedicated launch event, scheduled for 7:30 PM CST (or 4:30 PM IST).

Moreover, interested folks can already pre-order the smartphones from the Honor China website in the Aquamarine, Starlight Pink, Obsidian Black and Moonlight Silver colourways. This year, Honor has also refreshed the design of the 500 series with an iPhone Air-inspired camera bar, a "cold-carved" unibody back panel, uniform bezels at the front and more.
Additionally, the brand has already revealed the Honor 500 camera specs to be headlined by a 200 MP main camera. This year, both phones will also feature a new customisable AI button on the right. Both phones will also offer a base configuration of 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. However, only the Pro model will offer a 16 GB + 1 TB variant.

Other than that, the Honor 500 Geekbench listing recently revealed the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, while the Honor 500 Pro Geekbench sighting hinted at the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Lastly, the phones are also expected to feature a 1.5K 120 Hz OLED display, over 8,000mAh battery capacity with 80W fast charging, the latest MagicOS 10 update and more.
That said, while Honor has not teased too many key details of the upcoming phones, we expect more information to surface ahead of the launch next week. So, keep a close watch on Beebom Gadgets for the Honor 500 series China launch coverage.
