iQOO 15 Ultra Set to Launch in China Next Month with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

iQOO is finally ready to take the wraps off its first-ever Ultra flagship. After months of leaks and speculation, the brand has officially confirmed the iQOO 15 Ultra launch date in China. The phone is set to arrive as a beefed-up version of the regular iQOO 15, making it the most powerful phone in the brand's catalogue to date.

iQOO 15 Ultra Launch Date in China Set for February 4

iQOO's Weibo handle has revealed that the iQOO 15 Ultra China launch date is scheduled for February 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM CST (or 4:30 PM IST). The post consists of a video which reveals the design of the iQOO 15 Ultra from the back, while also highlighting the internal structure.

The video further showcases the phone's industrial design built for sustained power, alongside the previously leaked iQOO 15 Ultra honeycomb texture design, a horizontal light strip and a functional air intake with active cooling fans. The air intake is on the left, while the exhaust is built right below the camera module.

As for the specifications, the iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to feature Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with iQOO's improved Q3 gaming chip. Leaks point toward the smartphone boasting a 7,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging. Display-wise, it may boast a 6.85-inch 2K 144 Hz LTPO Samsung display.

Other gaming features include pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers, dual symmetrical speakers and a large vibration motor. iQOO claims the phone is capable of scoring over 4.5 million points on AnTuTu, which was confirmed in an iQOO 15 Ultra AnTuTu score revealed by the brand earlier.

Optics-wise, the smartphone is expected to pack a triple 50 MP camera setup, including a main, ultrawide, and a periscope telephoto lens. With just a week left for the iQOO 15 launch, more information about the smartphone should surface soon, so stay tuned.
