The Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ has launched in India as the newest addition to the brand's Edge 70 lineup. It sits right above the Edge 70 Pro as the most premium offering in the series and brings some noteworthy upgrades to the table.
Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ Specifications and Features
Starting with the design, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ is hard to tell apart from the Edge 70 Pro. There's that unmistakable Motorola aesthetic with a raised camera bump housing triple rear cameras. Then there's the Motorola logo sitting in a spherical groove at the back and the phone featuring rounded corners all around.

The front houses a curved punch-hole display, while the lenses at the back have colour-matched glossy rings, elevating the design. Talking about the display, the Edge 70 Pro+ brings a 6.8-inch 1.5K 144 Hz Extreme AMOLED display with 5,200 nits of peak brightness. The panel sports a 96.8% screen-to-body ratio and covers 100% of DCI-P3 colour space. It also features eye care and SGS Blue Light Reduction and is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i.
Performance is handled by MediaTek's latest Dimensity 8500 Extreme, which is just a better-tuned Dimensity 8500 processor. It is complemented by up to 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.1 storage.
Software-wise, the phone comes with Android 16 features out of the box, and Motorola promises up to 3 years of OS upgrades and 5 years of security patches.

Optics-wise, the rear boasts a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 710 main sensor, the same sensor used in the newly launched Motorola Edge 2026. The secondary sensor is a 50 MP ultrawide unit, while the third is a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with up to 3.5x Optical Zoom. The front punch-hole houses a 50 MP snapper for selfies.
Fueling the internals is a 6,500mAh Silicon-Carbon battery, which is supported by 90W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. There's 10W reverse wireless charging and 5W reverse wired charging too.
The Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ also packs great endurance with IP68/69 ratings and MIL-STD-810H military certification. That said, there's an in-display fingerprint scanner and dual-stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.

Connectivity-wise, the phone comes with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4. There's support for dual-SIM, with one physical and one eSIM. The phone also supports wireless payments via NFC and comes with a USB 2.0 Type-C port for charging and data transfers.
