Vivo recently unveiled its flagship X300 series consisting of the standard Vivo X300 and the flagship X300 Pro. However, it looks like the brand is prepping a new premium flagship smartphone as it has been recently spotted on a Chinese certification website.
Could be the Vivo X300 Ultra or the iQOO 15 Ultra
Spotted first by tech publication Gizmochina, a new Vivo smartphone bearing the model number V2536A has been approved by China's 3C authority. The certification listing reveals that the smartphone will support 100W fast charging, but doesn't reveal any other key specifications.

While the final marketing name remains unconfirmed, reports point toward the possibility that it could be either the Vivo X300 Ultra or the iQOO 15 Ultra. Both flagships are rumoured to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
It was also recently tipped that Vivo might be working on a Vivo X300S, an enhanced version of the standard X300 featuring a slightly overclocked version of the Dimensity 9500, the 9500 Plus. Similarly, iQOO is said to be developing a compact flagship dubbed the iQOO 15 Mini, which may also utilise the Dimensity 9500+.

However, we're willing to place our bets on the V2356A being the Vivo X300 Ultra. This is because the previous Ultra model, the Vivo X200 Ultra, carried the model number 2417A. The jump to 25xx aligns with the next generation, while the 100W charging could be an upgrade from the 90W charging speeds that the Ultra has always utilised. We could be wrong, though.
For now, we need to wait for further reports to confirm whether the V2536A is the next Vivo camera flagship or iQOO's performance flagship. More information should be revealed as we leapfrog into the year 2026, so stay tuned.
