Ahead of the OnePlus 15T launch in China, OnePlus has been teasing new details about the upcoming phone, one Wiebo post at a time. With less than a week to go for the official unveiling, the brand has shared the phone's design, display, battery and other details. Now, it has revealed the camera specifications and imaging technology of the OnePlus 15T.
OnePlus 15T LUMO Imaging Confirmed with 3.5x Optical Zoom
The latest Weibo post has confirmed that the OnePlus 15T will feature the same LUMO Condensed Light Imaging system found inside the Oppo Find X9 and Oppo Find X9 Pro. For those unaware, developed by Oppo in-house, LUMO uses advanced algorithms, computational photography, AI inputs and custom-tuned lenses and sensors to deliver the most accurate true-to-life colour reproduction along with DSLR-level portrait shots.

This is a noteworthy step-up since the OnePlus 15T is also getting a new 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom and 7x lossless zoom support. It will be complemented with a 50 MP Sony Ultra Vision main camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor size.
OnePlus 15T Specifications
Last week, Li Jei Loius also made some of the OnePlus 15T key details official. He revealed that the phone will retain the same 6.32-inch display, just like the OnePlus 13T, but will feature a higher refresh rate at 165 Hz. It is also confirmed to feature a large 7,500mAh battery with 100W USB-C and 50W wireless charging.

Also, in a previous post, he revealed OnePlus 15T's slimmed-down display bezels. It is said to be barely 1.0 mm in thickness and could potentially become the thinnest bezel compact phone in the world. Aside from that, the phone is getting a comprehensive IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K rating, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
Moreover, OnePlus will also make a slew of OnePlus 15RT magnetic accessories official at launch, including an Ice Card Slim cooler, a 50W AIRVOOC stand, a 50W AIRVOOC charger and a magnetic RGB Cooling Fan.
That said, with the OnePlus 15T launch slated for March 24, 2026, we will just have to wait for a few more days before it goes official. Pricing is going to be a very key deciding factor and it will be interesting to see at what range it launches in India as the OnePlus 15s.
