OnePlus is reportedly developing a few performance-centric smartphones that will launch soon in China, one of which could be the OnePlus Ace 6 Turbo. After a brief confirmation of the same last week, more information about the device has surfaced.
OnePlus Ace 6 Turbo could be an affordable powerhouse
According to a reliable tipster, Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus Ace 6 Turbo is one of the two devices in the pipeline. The leak reiterates the previous OnePlus Turbo leak and its specifications, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, a 1.5K 165Hz OLED display and a massive 8,000mAh battery. However, it also suggests a new phone with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.

Judging by the current timeline, it's plausible that the device in question is the OnePlus Nord 6. For those unaware, the OnePlus Nord 5 arrived with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 in July 2025. OnePlus is probably willing to stick to the 8s Gen 4 to give the mid-range smartphone crowd a great overall experience.

DCS also reveals that the phone appears to be strategically placed to compete with the next wave of flagship killer devices, which further strengthens the possibility of it being a Nord 5.
The device will compete with the Redmi Turbo 5, Honor Power 2 and Realme Neo 8, which are all expected to use MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 8500 processor.
While the name of this second device is unknown, other reports speculate that it could launch with an even massive 9,000mAh battery. More information about these devices should drop as we leapfrog into the year 2026, so stay tuned.
