OnePlus Nord 6 Launch Reportedly Delayed to April 2026
According to Yogesh Brar, the OnePlus Nord 6 launch, originally slated for March 2026 in India, has been delayed to April 2026 due to unknown circumstances. Besides, there appears to be no sign of the OnePlus Nord CE 6, the more affordable sibling of the Nord 6.

This follows a rocky start to the year, with those OnePlus dismantling rumours taking the internet by storm. Rumours also suggest that OnePlus has cancelled the Open 2 and OnePlus 15s.
The reason for the delay is currently unknown and we're not sure if the OnePlus Nord CE 6 is being called off. The OnePlus Nord 6 will be a rebranded OnePlus Turbo 6 that launched in China last month. If that's indeed the case, we can expect it to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display and a 165 Hz refresh rate.

Most notably, the phone is expected to boast a massive 9,000mAh battery, dual-camera setup with a 50 MP primary snapper and IP68/69 water and dust resistance. The large battery could be complemented by 80W fast charging. However, the final battery capacity in the global model could be lower due to regional limitations.
The OnePlus Nord 6 Geekbench and TDRA certifications are live already, signalling an imminent launch. In the benchmarks, the phone was running on 12 GB RAM and Android 16. Also, while the Turbo 6 runs ColorOS 16 in China, the global variant will arrive with OxygenOS 16 features out of the box.
A delay of one month may not look like much, but with competitors like Poco closing in with the Poco X8 Pro with Dimensity 8500, OnePlus may lose its strong foothold in the mid-range market. More information about the OnePlus Nord 6 should drop as we inch closer to launch, so stay tuned.
