2026 is shaping up to be a big year for Ultra flagships from Chinese phone makers, especially for fans outside of China. The Oppo Find X9 Ultra was showcased at MWC 2026, confirming its global availability. Now, with a few weeks left for its China unveiling, the phone has suffered a major specs leak online.
Oppo Find X9 Ultra Specifications (Leaked)
As per details shared by Bulgarian tech publication Nixanbal, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is set to launch with a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with 144 Hz LTPO refresh rate, QHD+ resolution and up to 3,600 nits of peak brightness. It is revealed to be protected by Oppo's in-house NanoCrystal Glass tech, similar to Corning's Gorilla Glass Victus 2 in terms of durability.

For performance, it is no surprise that the phone is getting the top-tier Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Battery-wise, at 7,050mAh, the Find X9 Ultra could ship with the largest capacity ever inside an Ultra-branded Oppo phone. It is further said to support 100W fast USB-C and 50W wireless charging.
Moving on, as is the case with every camera-centric Oppo phone, the Find X9 Ultra is getting quite possibly the most advanced imaging system ever. Partnered with Hasselblad, the phone is tipped to bring a large circular camera deco just like the Oppo Find X8 Ultra. However, it will now be home to a 200 MP main camera, a 200 MP 10x periscope telephoto lens and a 50 MP ultra-wide angle sensor. Oppo is ditching the quad camera system with the upcoming phone.

To top it all off, the Find X9 Ultra will also likely ship with a 50 MP selfie camera. Aside from that, the report also mentions IP66 + IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance rating for the phone and an alleged weight and thickness of 236 grams and 9.1mm.
That said, we still await an official launch confirmation from Oppo for the Find X9 Ultra launch. With official teasers already live, we expect the smartphone to launch in China in March 2026 itself. It will then very likely hit global markets like Europe and India sometime in April 2026.
