After months of rumours and leaks, Oppo has finally confirmed the existence of the Reno 15 series. The next Reno series smartphones will go official in China first. As for the exact launch date, we now have an official confirmation.
Oppo's Reno 15 series is getting a new member in three days
An official Weibo post made by Oppo has revealed that the Reno 15 series will launch in China on November 10, 2025. The lineup is expected to include the Oppo Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro and a new Reno 15 Pro Max or Reno 15 Mini model.

While there is a lot of grey area regarding the Reno 15 Mini, a recent Reno 15 Pro Max leak makes it the more likely contender to join the Reno 15 and the Oppo Reno 15 Pro. Moreover, the introduction of the Pro Max is said to position itself as a "premium mid-ranger" with specs like the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, the same one that's inside the Oppo Find X8 series.
Moreover, the Pro Max model will also reportedly pack a 200 MP Samsung HP5 primary camera along with a 6,500mAh battery. So, specs-wise, the entry of this new model will surely add more options and a higher price tag to the upcoming Reno 15 series.

As for the usual Reno 15 models, both smartphones are said to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 mid-range processor. In fact, a recent Reno 15 series key details leak revealed that the Reno 15 Pro will also feature the same 200 MP main camera as that of the Pro Max.
Aside from that, both smartphones will also gain a 1.5K 120 Hz OLED display, a 50 MP telephoto camera, above 6,000mAh battery and more. All three phones will very likely ship with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box.

Design-wise, the alleged real-life image of the Reno 15 series was shared recently by tipster Digital Chat Station. It revealed a cold-sculpted camera deco that looks similar to the last-gen models. However, the triple camera placement now resembles an iPhone, specifically the iPhone 16 Pro.
The image also has the "Reno" branding inside the camera island and "AI cameras" mentioned just below that. Just like the Reno 14 series, here as well the back glass appears to be frosted with a flat profile and a metal mid-frame around it.
All in all, the upcoming Reno smartphones are shaping up to be an interesting offering. The addition of a new model is sure to add more options and variety to the mix. Expect the lineup to reach Indian shores by early 2026.
