Realme is all set to launch the GT 8 Pro in India on November 20, 2025. While we are still a few hours away from the official unveiling, the brand's CMO Francis Wong has already given us a hint at how much the latest flagship will cost in the country.
Realme GT 8 Pro confirmed to receive a price hike
As per tech publication Smartprix, Francis Wong, CMO at Realme has mentioned that the upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro will cost below Rs 70,000 in India. He has also added that the smartphone's price will be less than the newly launched OnePlus 15 but will cost more than the upcoming iQOO 15.

To put that into perspective, the iQOO 15 India pricing leak hints at a price range between Rs 65,000 and Rs 70,000. So, expect the GT 8 Pro to fall somewhere between that range. This will make the Realme GT 7 Pro successor roughly Rs 10,000 more expensive at launch.
It does make sense since the rising component cost has skyrocketed the retail cost of every recent flagship phone that has launched in India so far. Even Xiaomi has warned of rising smartphone prices in 2026. Not to mention, the GT 8 Pro has also managed to improve upon all fronts, delivering a well-rounded flagship smartphone experience. It will feature top-of-the-line hardware, with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 at the helm.

It is also going to be the first smartphone in the country to bring the latest Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0 to the table. Other key highlights include a 7,000mAh battery, a 6.79-inch 1.5K 144 Hz 10-bit LTPO flat AMOLED display, Ricoh-branded triple cameras with 200 MP periscope and more.
That said, since the Realme GT 8 Pro India launch date has been set for November 20, 2025, we will not have to wait for long before the pricing goes official. So, stay tuned for our official launch coverage tomorrow here at Beebom Gadgets.
