After weeks of teasers, updates and build-ups, Realme has finally taken the veil off the P4 series in India. The lineup features the Realme P4 and the Realme P4 Pro smartphones, with specs like a 144 Hz AMOLED display, a 7,000mAh battery, a 50 MP main camera sensor and more. With that said, let's have a look at the specifications, pricing and availability details of the smartphones in the country.
Realme P4 Series Specifications and Features
Kicking things off with the display and design, both the Realme P4 and the Realme P4 Pro feature a 144 Hz AMOLED display with HDR10+ support and up to 6,500 nits of peak brightness.
The P4 Pro gets a 6.8-inch 1.5K quad curved panel. Meanwhile, the standard P4 is equipped with a 6.77-inch Full HD+ flat display.

The panels are further encased within a slim 7.58mm chassis (7.68mm on the Realme P4 Pro). The devices are also lightweight at 185 grams and 189 grams respectively.
At the back, both devices offer a plastic back panel with multiple finishes and colour options. It is also home to the triple camera module and a dual-tone LED flash, which are part of an extended edge-to-edge squircle camera island.

Speaking of cameras, the Realme P4 Pro outshines the base model with a 50 MP primary Sony IMX896 sensor with OIS. There's also a secondary 8 MP ultra-wide lens with a 112° field of view. Meanwhile, the standard Realme P4 uses a 50 MP main Omnivision OV50D40 sensor with OIS and a secondary 8 MP ultra-wide lens.
At the front, however, both devices are fitted with a 50 MP selfie shooter. The entire P4 lineup is capable of recording 4K videos through both the front and rear cameras. However, while the Realme P4 can do up to 30 FPS, the Pro manages to push it to 60 FPS.

Now, coming to the performance, the Realme P4 is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor. Meanwhile, the Realme P4 Pro gets the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.
Realme has also equipped the new phones with a Hyper Vision AI graphics chipset that is claimed to offer 144 Hz of constant frame rate in games like BGMI. The P4 Pro can upscale the resolution by 1.5K while the P4 is equipped with 1080p upscaling capability.

In terms of the RAM and storage options, both devices can be paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
In the battery department, both devices offer a 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W fast USB-C charging. The smartphones further come with Bypass Charging and Reverse Wired charging support.

On the software side of things, the P4 series comes with Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 out of the box. The brand is promising 3 years of software upgrades and 4 years of security support for the P4 and the P4 Pro.
The smartphones bring several AI features to the mix as well like AI Hyper Clarity, AI Ultra-HDR, AI Edit Genie, AI Perfect Snap and more.

Apart from this, both devices are IP65 + IP66 rated. For security, the devices use an in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include an infrared sensor, offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and dual 5G SIM support, stereo speakers and a USB-C 2.0 port.

The Realme P4 will go in its first sale on August 20, 2025, that is, today at 6:00 PM IST. The P4 Pro on the other hand will be available to purchase starting August 27, 2025, 12:00 PM IST onwards. Both devices will be available to purchase via the official Realme India website and Flipkart.
Now, talking about the colour options, the Realme P4 comes in Steel Gray, Engine Blue and Forge Red colourways. Meanwhile, the P4 Pro can be availed in the Birch Wood, Dark Oak Wood and Midnight Ivy hues.
