Ahead of its August 11 debut, Redmi has confirmed more flagship-grade hardware for the Redmi K100 Pro. The latest teasers reveal the phone's battery, charging speeds and imaging capabilities.
Building on previously confirmed Redmi K100 Pro specifications, Redmi has revealed via a Weibo post that the Redmi K100 Pro will feature an 8,580mAh Silicon Carbon battery. That's quite the jump over the last generation Redmi K90 Pro Max's 7,560mAh battery capacity. Beyond that, the new teasers confirm its battery density to be 945Wh/L and a 26% silicon ratio.

To replenish these massive reserves, Redmi has also revealed that the K100 Pro will be equipped with 100W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Besides, the phone also supports reverse wired charging of up to 27W and wirelessly charges other phones and accessories at 22.5W.

On the optics front, the Redmi K100 Pro will arrive with triple rear cameras consisting of a 200 MP main and undisclosed Ultrawide and Telephoto snappers. Redmi has also revealed that the Telemacro could let users get as close as 10 cm to the subject. For those seeking even greater reach, the premium Redmi K100 Pro Max variant is slated to include a periscope zoom lens.
Redmi is building these specifications on top of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V Series chipset, a slightly toned-down version of the original. Besides, it's confirmed to be paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Complementing the performance will be a 3D Loop pump cooling system.

Display-wise, the Redmi K100 Pro is confirmed to feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K 185 Hz OLED display using Samsung's M11 luminous material with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Besides, the phone is also confirmed to arrive in a glow-in-the-dark "Firefly Chasing Light" green colourway.
With the Redmi K100 Pro launch date in China set for August 11, 2026, more details about its global release as the Poco F9 series could arrive soon. Until then, stay tuned.
