Looks like Samsung is preparing to take wireless charging up a notch with its first set of 25W Qi2 accessories. Last week, we got a good first look at the Samsung 25W Qi2 power bank and now, the brand's 25W magnetic wireless charger, likely designed for the Galaxy S26 series.
Samsung Qi2 25W Wireless Charger Design Leaked
Exclusive images and details shared by SamMobile offer an early look at what appears to be Samsung's most powerful first-party wireless charging accessory to date. As per the images, the charger features a compact circular puck design with built-in magnets and the wire branding also reveals support for the Qi2 wireless charging standard.

The accessory carries the model number EP-P2900BBEGWW, connects via USB-C and is recommended to be paired with a 45W USB Power Delivery adapter to achieve maximum charging speeds.
According to the latest report, while the charger is capable of delivering up to 25W wirelessly, not all Galaxy S26 models may benefit equally. The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to support the full 25W wireless charging speed, while the standard Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ could be limited to slightly lower speeds due to hardware differences.
The magnetic alignment is a key upgrade, ensuring better positioning on the charging pad and more consistent power delivery. This move brings the brand closer to a MagSafe-like experience, potentially paving the way for a wider ecosystem of magnetic accessories like stands, car mounts and more, built around Qi2.

Most importantly, the charger is also expected to remain backwards compatible with existing Qi2 Ready Samsung phones, including Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 7. However, these devices will reportedly be capped at 15W wireless charging, as they lack the internal hardware required for faster 25W Qi2 speeds.
With the Galaxy S26 series launch date reportedly set for February 25, 2026, one can expect the new Samsung 25W magnetic wireless charger to debut alongside.
