Just when we thought the day would end on a good note, Samsung decides to drop a new price hike bomb. This time, it features its mid-range portfolio – the Galaxy A27, F70 Pro and M47.
Samsung's internal documents for retailers, consisting of revised prices for these smartphones, were first shared by Sanju Choudhary on X. It confirms that the prices of the Samsung Galaxy A27, Galaxy F70 Pro and Galaxy M47 are being hiked by Rs 2,000 across all storage variants. Here's an overview:

Starting with the Galaxy A27, which has received its second price hike this year. While an increase of Rs 2,000 seems insignificant compared to the first Rs 5,000 price adjustment back in September 2026, it's still a massive hike in the context of affordable smartphones. The base 6 GB + 128 GB of the phone now starts at Rs 35,999 (previously Rs 33,999).

Coming to the Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro, it also receives its second price hike of Rs 2,000. The first was in September 2026, at Rs 3,000. The base variant with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage now starts at Rs 37,999 (up from Rs 35,999).

Lastly, the most recent Samsung Galaxy M47 also gets a Rs 2,000 hike for its base 6 GB + 128 GB variant and now costs Rs 37,999 (previously Rs 35,999). This makes it the third price hike since launch, with the last two previously seen in July and September 2026.
Price hikes due to the ongoing RAM crisis extend to Samsung's upper mid-range and flagship lineups too. One of the recent ones is the Galaxy S26 series price hike. We've been carefully tracking them in our smartphone price tracker, so you can check that out as well.
