Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Launch Date Announced
Samsung took to its official Newsroom to confirm that its "Galaxy Event August 2026" is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 9:00 PM KST (or 5:30 PM IST).
While Samsung hasn't named the Galaxy S26 FE outright, the signature camera module design hint and "Welcome to Galaxy S" tagline in the teaser give it away.

Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Specifications: What to Expect
Samsung hasn't shared any official details ahead of the event, but a massive dump of 26 leaked Galaxy S26 FE promotional images has pretty much revealed most of its details.
The leak points to a sleek, flat frame and back panel, with an aluminium chassis and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection up front.
The rear camera module has also been redesigned slightly, moving to a vertical island arrangement to stay visually consistent with the rest of the Galaxy S26 family.

The phone is also said to carry an IP68 rating. Three colourways show up across the leaked images: Blueberry, Graphite, and Pistachio.
On the inside, the marketing materials point to Samsung's own Exynos 2500 chipset, the same 10-core, 3nm processor that powers the Galaxy Z Flip 7. The SoC is said to be paired with 8 GB of RAM and either 128 GB or 256 GB of storage.
The camera setup is tipped to include a 50 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultrawide and an 8 MP telephoto lens, alongside a 12 MP selfie camera.
Display specs appear largely unchanged from last year's Galaxy S25 FE, with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ panel offering a 120 Hz refresh rate.
Battery capacity is said to remain unchanged too, with a 4,900mAh battery fueling the phone, coupled with 45W fast charging.
The leaked materials also highlight a few software features carrying over from the standard Galaxy S26 series, including Horizon Lock, Circle to Search and Samsung's Audio Eraser feature. As per the leak, the phone will also come with the My FanCam feature, which debuted with the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series and Galaxy Z Flip 8 last month.

Apart from this, an earlier Galaxy S26 FE price leak suggested that the phone could start around 799 euros for the base 128 GB model, slightly higher than the Galaxy S25 FE. Given the S25 FE started at Rs 59,999 in India, a similar or marginally higher starting price seems likely for its successor, though official confirmation will only come at the event itself.
Stay tuned for all the updates.
