The official Samsung India Newsroom has confirmed that the next Galaxy Unpacked event will happen in San Francisco on February 25, 2026. The official invitation makes it clear that Galaxy AI will take centre stage. Samsung has also opened the pre-reserve window for the smartphones in India via the Samsung India website. Interested folks can purchase a VIP Ticket for a refundable amount of Rs 999. It will make users eligible to unlock the highest lock-in value, exclusive Galaxy S26 series colours, exclusive Samsung Members Club rewards and benefits worth Rs 2,699.

Moreover, the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro are also expected to debut on the same date. However, Samsung has not officially confirmed that yet. As for the Galaxy S26 series, all phones are expected to receive upgrades like the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Privacy Display for better privacy.

However, the Galaxy S26 series might miss out on Qi2 charging support. There is also no indication of a substantial battery capacity increase. However, recent reports have claimed 60W fast charging for the phones.

That said, since the official launch is set to happen in just a few weeks, we should know all the details about the upcoming phones shortly. It will be interesting to see what the new Samsung phones have in store for us, especially since 2026 is the year of surging RAM costs and smartphone prices.
