Samsung is expected to unveil its next generation of foldable devices in the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event. The exact date of the event has finally leaked, and it's happening sooner than expected.
According to leaker Evan Blass, the next Galaxy Unpacked event could be scheduled for July 9, 2025 at 7:30 PM IST. In the event, Samsung could launch the recently-teased Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, Galaxy Watch 8 series, and give us a deeper glimpse at the firm's upcoming Ultra thin foldable and Android XR device Project Moohan.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to feature a larger 8-inch display and a 6.5-inch cover display. It could be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite and sport triple cameras, with the primary snapper being a 200 MP unit. Battery-wise, Samsung is expected to stick to the same 4,400 mAh unit with 25W fast charging.
The Z Flip 7, on the other hand, is expected to have a bigger cover screen and could also get a decent bump in battery capacity from 4,000 mAh last year to 4,300 mAh. Besides, it might also sport a slightly larger display at 6.85-inches. Rumours have been divided between the phone featuring Exynos 2500 or Snapdragon 8 Elite, but most claim the former will be true. There's also a chance that we'd see the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE that Samsung is planning to unveil as its budget foldable device.
Galaxy Watch 8 series is expected to boast Samsung Watch Ultra-like design with changes to user interface via One UI 8 Watch and support for new health features.

We know very little about Samsung's Ultra foldable, but we do know that it's rumoured to be just 3.9 mm thin when unfolded, much thinner than the competition Oppo Find N5, which unfolds to just 4.21 mm thin.
Lastly, recent rumours suggest that Samsung could launch its Project Moohan headset in September, so we could expect to see a deeper glimpse of how it works and its features.
