For those in the US, the update is only rolling out for Bluetooth-only models and T-Mobile LTE units. The update version is L305NKOU1ZYFE for the Galaxy Watch 7 and L705NKOU1ZYFE for the Watch Ultra.

Some of the One UI 8 Watch Beta features include Antioxidant Index, Vascular Load, and Running Coach, some of which are Galaxy Watch 8-exclusive. Besides, One UI 8 Watch also brings UI improvements and changes across the board.

The most prominent UI changes include the changes in shapes and styling of tiles, addition of Now Bar, app icons that are more in line with the One UI 8 style, and slight changes in the Quick Settings. The changelog suggests new features such as comprehensive double-pinch gestures, better notification view, location-based reminders, new charging effects, custom tiles, and featured apps.

The Galaxy Watch 8 series, which is set to be revealed at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9, could be the first device to run One UI 8 Watch out-of-the-box. Those who want to try out the update need to update their Samsung Members, Samsung Health, and Galaxy Watch Manager apps to their latest versions.
