Vivo X200T Full Specifications Tipped Ahead of India Launch

Vivo isn't done sunsetting its X200 series yet, as the brand could soon launch the X200T smartphone in India. The phone has been rumoured to arrive by the end of January 2026, and the latest leak reveals pretty much every key specification of the smartphone. We've also previously learned that the phone could be priced aggressively.

Vivo X200T Specifications Surface Again

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Vivo X200T may just be an enhanced version of the existing Vivo X200 FE. The standout upgrade could be the processor with the smartphone rumoured to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+, which was also what the previous Vivo X200T leak suggested.

The Dimensity 9400+ will be a significant step up from the Dimensity 9300+ found in the X200 FE. Besides, the smartphone is expected to feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, an IP68/69 rating for dust and water resistance and will likely sport a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup.

As for the optics, the Vivo X200T could feature an all-50 MP camera setup with an LYT-702 main sensor, a Samsung JN1 periscope and an LYT-600 ultrawide sensor. The front could house a 32 MP unit. Powering the internals could be a 6,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.

The smartphone is also tipped to include a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a 4.5K Nanofluid VC heat dissipation system and could run OriginOS 6 features based on Android 16 out of the box with a promise of 5 major Android updates and 7 years of security patches.

With long-term software support and great specifications, the X200T appears to be aimed at users looking for longevity and flagship performance at a sub-flagship price. Most details and the official launch date announcement should be revealed anytime soon, so stay tuned.
