Vivo X200T Launch Date in India Announced

Vivo has been teasing the India launch of its upcoming X200T for over a week now, marking the debut of the brand's first-ever T-branded phone in its flagship X series. Now, the brand took to its official X handle to confirm the Vivo X200T launch date in India is set for January 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST.

The Vivo X200T will be launched at a dedicated event and will go on sale in the country via Flipkart. The phone will bring the large circular camera deco reminiscent of the Vivo X200 and Vivo X300 series.

Additionally, it will bring Zeiss-branded cameras and will feature the Zeiss T* lens coating. 

Vivo X200T Specifications and Price in India (Expected)

Even though the brand has not revealed much in terms of hardware, going by previous Vivo X200T specs leaks, the upcoming Vivo phone could bring a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120 Hz AMOLED display. It could be fueled by the Dimensity 9400+ processor and rock LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.

Also, as it is with Vivo's number series, cameras will be a big focus of the X200T.  The Zeiss-tuned triple camera module is said to offer a 50 MP Sony LYT-702 primary camera with OIS, a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide angle lens and a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto sensor. At the front, expect a 32 MP selfie shooter.   

Aside from that, the phone is said to ship with OriginOS 6 features out of the box, backed by long-term support with five Android OS updates and seven years of security patches.    

The Vivo X200T is also said to pack a 6,200mAh battery with 90W fast USB-C charging. There are also rumours that the upcoming phone will include a 4.5K nanofluid VC cooling system inside and robust protection with IP68 and IP69 ratings.

Specs-wise, there is no doubt that the Vivo X200T fits snugly between the Vivo X200 FE and the standard Vivo X300. Hence, it is no surprise that the Vivo X200T leaked pricing suggests the phone could start from Rs 59,999 for 12 GB + 256 GB variant. A 12 GB + 512 GB option is also expected to arrive and it could be priced at Rs 69,999.
