Vivo has officially confirmed that its upcoming X300 series smartphones will launch in China on October 13, 2025, at 7:00 PM local time (or 4:30 PM IST). The lineup will include the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, both promising upgrades in camera hardware, storage performance and more.
Vivo X300 design and colour options revealed
Both the Vivo X300 series phones have been teased to arrive with an "invisible design", which sees a new deco-lens style with suspended water droplet aesthetics at the back. The phones will also sport a velvet glass finish, which could refer to a matte finish on the rear panel.

Additionally, the brand has also confirmed the colour options for the device. The standard X300 will be offered in four colour options, namely Free Blue, Comfortable Purple, Pure Black and a "Lucky" pink variant.
Meanwhile, on the hardware front, Vivo is going all-in on imaging. The X300 Pro will feature a 200 MP telephoto lens with an 87 mm focal length and CIPA 5.5-level anti-shake certification, making it one of the most ambitious cameras in the industry.

On the other hand, the standard Vivo X300 is expected to debut with a 200 MP HPB sensor as its primary rear camera. Both phones will also ship with a 50 MP Zeiss-branded front camera.
Other highlights could include a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display on the X300, alongside improved haptics. The X300 Pro will further benefit from dual-channel UFS 4.1 storage, with read and write speeds claimed to be around 70% faster than regular configurations.
Apart from that, on the performance front, both phones are expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset that's launching today, on September 22, 2025.
With that said, we expect to hear more official details from the coming days leading up to the launch. So, stay tuned.
