Vivo has confirmed its participation at the upcoming much-anticipated MWC 2026 event, scheduled to take place in Barcelona from March 2 to March 5, 2026. The brand will use the global tech stage to present the "first global preview" of the Vivo X300 Ultra, offering attendees a first look at the flagship's design, imaging capabilities and more.

The Vivo X300 Ultra will sit at the top of the already existing Vivo X300 series, which includes the regular Vivo X300 and the more premium Vivo X300 Pro. Although the brand has not revealed the full specifications of the Vivo X300 Ultra yet, it has teased the phone to arrive as its "most advanced exploration to date in mobile imaging and videography, building on the company's continued investment in optics engineering, computational photography, and system-level optimisation".

Thanks to earlier reports, we have some idea of what to expect from the upcoming smartphone.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications and Features (Expected)

The upcoming Ultra Vivo phone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. At the front, the flagship phone could feature a large 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 120 Hz high refresh rate.

Battery life could be another highlight, with reports suggesting the Vivo X300 Ultra may pack a massive 7,000mAh battery, paired with 100W fast charging and 40W wireless charging support.

On the camera front, a Vivo X300 Ultra camera leak suggested a triple rear setup, including a 200 MP primary shooter, a 200 MP periscope lens and a 50 MP ultra-wide camera. At the front, there could be a 50 MP selfie shooter.

Vivo X300 Ultra Price in India (Expected)

This is the first time that Vivo is launching its Ultra outside China and we're already happy about it. However, there's no confirmation on whether the Vivo X300 Ultra will launch in India.

There are some reports that do hint at the possibility, with a leak from Sudhanshu Ambhore hinting at a possible hefty price tag of Rs 1,60,000 to Rs 1,70,000. This makes sense since even the newly launched Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has seen a price hike.

With the Vivo X300 Ultra MWC 2026 showcase just days away, we won't have to wait for long to confirm some of these details. Till then, take all the speculations with a pinch of salt. One thing is for sure - Ultra flagships are going to burn a big hole in your pockets this year.
