Vivo is expanding its budget-friendly Y-series in India with the quiet launch of the Vivo Y19s 5G. The smartphone is built around endurance and everyday tasks, featuring a large battery and a mid-range MediaTek Display.
Vivo Y10s gets an HD+ 90Hz display and IP64 rating
The Vivo Y19s 5G sports a 6.74-inch LCD with an HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The panel is rated for up to 700 nits of brightness and is TUV Rheinland certified for low blue light.

Under the hood, the mobile phone is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, coupled with LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage. The storage is expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card.
The main highlight of the Y19s 5G is its massive 6,000mAh battery that can charge at 15W. The phone runs Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, and is also expected to be a part of the OriginOS 6 supported devices list.
Optics-wise, Vivo has packed in a dual-camera setup consisting of a 13 MP main camera coupled with a 0.08 MP secondary sensor. The front camera is a 5 MP snapper for selfies.

The phone is built for durability, featuring military-grade shock resistance and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. Some of the other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB 2.0 Type-C port.
There are three storage options on offer: 4 GB + 64 GB, 4 GB + 128 GB and 6 GB + 128 GB, and two colours: Majestic Green and Titanium Silver. Prices are set at Rs 10,999, Rs 11,999 and Rs 13,499. The Y19s 5G will be sold primarily through Vivo's offline channels in the country.
