The event is expected to spotlight deeper Galaxy AI integration across the lineup, alongside hardware upgrades. For those tracking the Samsung Galaxy S26 release date, pre-orders are likely to open shortly after the announcement, with retail sales expected to follow within weeks.
Samsung Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ Specifications (Expected)

According to recent Samsung Galaxy S26 leaks, the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ will retain Samsung's Dynamic AMOLED 2X panels with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
The standard model could feature a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display, while the Plus variant may offer a larger 6.7-inch QHD+ screen. Not to mention that Samsung has confirmed a Privacy Display feature for the Galaxy S26 series.
Both phones are tipped to run on the Exynos 2600 chipset in select markets, paired with 12 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage. These upgrades are expected to power new AI-driven Samsung Galaxy S26 features under the latest One UI 8.5.
On the camera front, the phones may include a 50 MP primary sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide lens and a 10 MP telephoto shooter. Thanks to a recent Galaxy S26 series battery capacity leak, we also know that the standard model could pack around 4,300mAh, while the Plus could get 4,900mAh.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Specifications (Expected)

The biggest upgrades are expected on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, with the flagship phone possibly featuring a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate and improved durability.
Performance-wise, the phone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage.
In terms of Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra features, the phone could sport a 200 MP primary camera, enhanced periscope zoom capabilities and upgraded AI image processing. A 5,000mAh battery with faster wired charging support is also expected.
Reports also suggest that the Galaxy S26 Ultra design could see subtle refinements, including slimmer bezels and a more polished frame.
