Ahead of its launch on December 25, 2025, Xiaomi's upcoming flagship, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, has appeared on Geekbench. The benchmark result sheds more light on the raw power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 powering the smartphone.
Xiaomi 17 Ultra will boast 12 GB of base RAM
According to the benchmark results, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra boasts the model number 2512BPNDAC. The smartphone scores 3,559 points in single-core and 10,854 in multi-core. The CPU architecture confirms two prime cores clocked at 4.61 GHz and six performance cores clocked at 3.63 GHz, which is the exact core configuration of Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.

The listing also confirms other key specifications of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. The test unit was equipped with 12 GB of RAM and ran Android 16 out of the box. Graphics duties are handled by the Adreno 840 GPU, which comes with Adreno's High Bandwidth Mode for enhanced gaming performance.
Xiaomi revealed that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra launch date is scheduled for December 25, 2025, while confirming its official colourways – Starry Green, Black and White. Besides, the brand also revealed that the smartphone will be 8.29 mm thick.

As for the other specifications, the smartphone is expected to boast triple rear cameras with the main sensor being a 50 MP 1-inch Omnivision OV50X sensor. There's also a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens, alongside a 50 MP ultrawide snapper, all powered by Leica's APO-certified optics.
Powering the internals could be a 6,800mAh battery with 100W charging and 80W wireless charging. More specifications and information about the smartphone should be unveiled during its launch. Global launch of the smartphone is expected sometime in Q1 2026, so stay tuned.
