After the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra launch in India and the global markets, the brand is seemingly prepping to unveil the Xiaomi 17T lineup. The upcoming lineup is expected to include the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro, with the former now appearing on Geekbench. This gives us a good idea of some key Xiaomi 17T specifications ahead of its launch.
Xiaomi 17T Could Be Powered by the Dimensity 8500 Chipset
The Xiaomi 17T has been spotted on the Geekbench AI benchmark with the model number 2602DPT53G. This smartphone manages to hit 1,017 and 1,329 points in the Single Precision and Half Precision scores. Additionally, it achieves a Quantised score of 1,124.

Moreover, the Xiaomi 17T Geekbench listing also reveals the architecture of the chipset powering it. We see four cores clocked at 2.20 GHz, three cores clocked at 3.20 GHz and a single core clocked at 3.40 GHz.
Now, while the chipset isn't explicitly mentioned, it looks like it could be the Dimensity 8500 processor. This is the same SoC powering the newly launched Motorola Edge 70 Pro.
Further, the Geekbench listing also reveals that the phone packs 12 GB RAM and runs on Android 16 out of the box. Looks like Xiaomi is going to position it as a very capable sub-flagship.
Apart from this, thanks to previous leaks, we also know that the Xiaomi 17T could arrive with a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat OLED display and a 7,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging.

Although the brand hasn't officially started teasing the phones yet, since the Xiaomi 17T has also cleared IMDA certification, we expect it to launch sometime in Q2 2026. This is backed by previous reports claiming that the Xiaomi 17T series launch could be set for months ahead of schedule. So, stay tuned.
