How to Record a Phone Call on Android (With and Without an App)
Most Android phones can record calls through the built-in Google Phone app, so you don't need a third-party app in most cases. The Google Phone app alerts the other person with an announcement while Samsung's Phone records calls without any alert. Third-party call recorder apps on the Play Store can no longer record calls reliably since Google has changed its Android's Accessibility API.
